General responsibilities:

1. The DM builds and manages the customer relationship within the assigned accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction as well as revenue, business growth and profitability; manages customer escalations regarding services; responds to customer requirements with the integration of appropriate resources.
2. The DM is responsible for the speed and cost of delivery for the accounts; communicates with internal operation departments in charges for on-time service deliveries under premium quality control;
3. To manage, mentor and motivate outsourced staffs, to build stable workforce while delivering the best service experience in the outsourcing industry.
4. To identifies new business opportunities and manage business development process; conduct market research and build the knowhow of competitive landscape.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years of experience from Services, Consulting or Project Management in IT industry
3. Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills
4. Good command of spoken & written English
5. Experience in IT outsourcing industry is a plus
