JOB TITLE: Early Years Teacher

职位: 幼儿园老师

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Children from 1.5 to 5 yrs

负责: 1.5岁－5岁的孩子

MAIN DUTIES:

主要职责：

1. Understand and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage framewor which ensures that each child is working towards Early Learning Goals.

认同并理解英国国家早期教育纲要，能够深入观察、理解孩子的发展规律，并确保每个孩子能达到纲要标准。

2. Be responsible for providing a high quality of care and education, and offer appropriate stimulation and support to the children in close consultation with the co-teacher and academic director.

工作积极主动，能承担责任和挑战，和其他老师友好相处，一起给予孩子合适的引导和支持。

3. Run the daily program of nursery activities and events according to the weekly plan.

根据每周的教学计划安排教学活动和家长活动。

4. Keep records of Achievement (observations), ensuring children's achievements and progress is effectively and regularly assessed.

通过观察，有效记录每一个孩子的成长点滴。

5. Participate in staff appraisals and ongoing training.

积极参加教师培训和员工会议。

6. Maintain all required records, e.g. Daily Attendance Register, Accident and Incident Book.

能按照幼儿园用表完整纪录学生的日常生活，例如：每日考勤、突发事件记录等。

7. Exchange information with parents about children's progress and encourage parent’s involvement.

能够保持与家长的密切沟通，鼓励每一位家长积极参与到孩子的早期发展中。

8. Ensure that the nursery is a safe environment for children, that equipment is safe, standards of hygiene are high, safety procedures are implemented.

保证每一个孩子的安全。与其他部门协作，共同保证园内设备的安全、清洁和性能。

9. Develop nursery policies and procedures, including those on equal opportunities.

协助教学园长制定合理公平的幼儿园规章制度。
