SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer complaint handling:

1. Receiving, analyzing and pushing to take relevant corrective actions of all complaints from both domestic and oversea area, responsible for the CAR's reply to all customers’ complaints in time.

2. Build the close communication with technical service team and understand the specific issues of complaints, to ensure that the solution is for complaint issue.

3. Analyze domestic complaints periodically and highlight top issues, take actions on the basis of teamwork.

4. Follow up all projects relating to the complaints, supervise all projects are in progress.

5. Have conference call with oversea customers at defined frequency.

6. Maintain customer complaint rate (UFR) in every market and warranty cost data in domestic market, and make monthly UFR and Warranty cost report.

7. Analyze domestic returned goods and count returned rate according to complaint data.

• Assembly quality control:

1. Supporting assembly workshop on quality issues from problem investigating, analyzing, and pushing responsible workshops/SQE especially assembly workshop to take corrective actions.

2. Record classic issues and follow up timely, leading weekly quality meeting to review the action status.

3. Hold regular meetings with assembly supervisor, foremen to communicate the quality issues happened recently, in order to prevent any non-conformance which has been known from happening again.

4. Validate the effectiveness of improvement actions quarterly, half-yearly and yearly. Issue CAR to relevant Dept. / workshop in case of invalid action found.

5. Participate in new product pilot run reviews.

6. Draft the training materials based on customer complaints and shopfloor problems which can be used to train the factory/customer-related personnel.

7. Responsible for routine management of assembly inspector and FGA auditor teams.

8. Ensure all test/inspection instruments in good status, maintain and improve the water test benches and fixtures, continue to increase test efficiency and effectiveness.

   Other jobs that up-level management arranged.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor degree majored in mechanical engineering

2. Good data analysis skills, Familiar with quality control method.

3. Quality management experience in mechanical industry more than three years, complaints processing experience is preferred.

4. Good English skill in reading and written.

5. Good communication skills.
