Responsibilities: This position focus to support Protocol Solution Group (PSG) in China and manager request event

1. PSG products Equipment & RMA Import and export

2. Arranging PSG demo unit, tracking and update demo status weekly

3. Order processing (Sales orders enter to system, deal with customer inquiries regarding delivery, shipping document, pricing, product and inventory)

4. Sales support (making bidding documents and authorization letters etc., creating vendor code, submitting contracts to manager for approval)

5. Coordinate with customer and financial on AR collection, credit application, etc.

6. Support marketing event if any

7. Other job functions that business situation requires.

Requirements:

1. Very self motivated and self efficient, with strong sense of urgency and high ethic in business practice.

2. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, CET-6, MS Office or other skills are plus.

Bachelor degree or above - Major in Business Administration, Language or others.

Related experience is required.
