PRIMARY OBJECTIVES/MISSION:

Diagnosing and driving organization development initiatives especially in Competency Model, ENGIE Skills and Talent Development to improve organization effectiveness via leveraging with Group HR and business leaders, to establish business needs and propose solutions to achieve the organization's long term strategic goals.

DESCRIPTION:

1. Cooperate with Group HR to buildup the Competency Model/Engie Skills to identify the career path for each individual;
2. Develop Talent Development System to continuously strengthen the talent pipeline by organization diagnostics;
3. Align with Group Talent Director to buildup BU China’s talent development strategy, policy;
4. Facilitate the people review process to strategically identify and develop the talents at both corporate and BU levels;
5. Setup Succession Plan/Career Path and specific Training Plan for each individual
6. Cooperate with Group and other BUs to conduct the International Mobility for the HiPo and talents;
7. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. A must is 10+ years Organizational Development, Talent Development experience ;
3. Experience of working in multicultural environments and global corporate organizations ;
4. Ability to partner with and act as an advisor to business leaders ;
5. Excellent communicator, with good organizational skills and attention to detail ;
6. Flexible attitude to work and sensitivity to business requirements ;
7. Diplomacy and empathy ;
8. Willing and able to work “hands-on”
9. IT Literate : MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ;
10. Fluent in English, French will be plus.
