With recent landmark project wins across China and Korea, our Beijing team is looking for a passionate young creative to join our team. Guided by a designer and project team, to help on concept design, schematic design, design development and documentation for each stage and co-ordinate with material suppliers, etc. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with an international team of designers on projects in China and Korea.

Job brief 工作概要

We are looking for a reliable Junior and middle3D designer to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. He/She will be responsible for budgeting, cost effective method researching, material brand research, communication with the supplier and manufacturer, other procurement and progress monitoring.

Requirements 要求

• High – middle standard of operating 3D Max, Sketch-up, Hand-drawing ability

• Standard range of operating Photoshop, Rhino, CAD

• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods

• High sense of communication with project manager

• 3 plus years working experience in construction management

• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
