1. 联系报关行、客户， 准备报关资料

2. 收发国外预报，跟踪货物到港情况及报关情况

3. 登记每周KPI report

4. 做好良好的沟通和协调（包括 国外、供应商、公司其他部门），保证操作流程的顺利进行

5. 熟悉海关监管和处理过程

6. 执行其他分配的特殊任务/项目

职位要求 Requirement:

1. 熟悉进出口操作/报关/商检流程

2. 专科或以上学历，良好的英文读写能力，能熟练使用各种办公软件

3. 2年以上进出口操作工作经验

4. 工作细心、责任心强、具有较强的服务意识和团队精神，能承受一定的工作压力

Job Descriptions:

1. Provide monthly KPI report to management level

2. Manage supplier including broker, agencies, sub-contractors

3. Co-ordinate with overseas operations to maintain operational and commercial parity

4. Maintain effective communications with subordinates, in-country management, the warehouse team, sales and customer service teams

5. Familiar with customs regulation and handling procedure

6. Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in internation trade and other major related with Import and Export

2. Have knowledge in import and export , Knowledge of airfreight is a MUST and knowledge of ocean freight is an advantage

3. 3 years working experience

4. Fluent in written and spoken English

5. System operation experience: ERP, one logic, WMS and etc

6. Innovative, assertive, customer-oriented and analytical
