Primary Responsibilities主要职责

Establish the smooth running and effectiveness of the restaurant in accordance with management standards. To maximize food and beverage revenue and control related cost for operation. Building up a regular guest base with a proactive customer relationship and follow up of promotions

  • Overall responsible for the restaurant staff, ensuring that the correct methods of service are maintained, as agreed in the standards of performance/procedure manuals
  • 负责员工管理,确保其按岗位职责的要求正确的服务客人
  • Sending reports to the management regarding any complains/negative comments. These to be dealt with by him/her in the initial stage and then referred to the operation director

  • Monitors staff-guest contact

  • Complies on a daily basis the revenue/cover report and presents it to the F and B management nightly, including any relevant information, i.e. regular guests. Promotional sales, etc.

  • Overall responsibility for the set-up, update of regular guest list (business cards, guest comments and personal preferences)

  • Makes suggestions for promotions/transfers of staff and raises necessary administrative requirements in close liaison with the operation director and personnel Department

Follow-up of reported points to be carried out at all times
