Job description:

1. Support HR leader on daily HR functions’ maintenance and improvement.

2.Facilitates the planning, developing and the modification of HR programs. Work closely with other HR peers to determine the effectiveness of current HR programs, policies and procedures and recommends revisions accordingly.

3.Developing and Delivering Effective Programs, such as New Employee On-boarding, Campus Graduates On-boarding and others;

4.Be responsible for supporting department managers on people relative issues including: discipline process, termination process, performance evaluation, etc. by providing customized suggestion, consulting and necessary coaching to ensure the effective department people management.

5.Keep regular communication with staff of different level to keep updated with the business situation and maintain good partnership with the business;

Requirements:

- Bachelor or above degree, major in Human Resource is prefer.

- Good presentation skill. Be good at both oral and written English.
- Good business awareness, open minded, excellent communication skill.
