Digital Marketing Manager, Beijing

Description

This is a senior Marketing role responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing Nihao’s digital marketing campaigns in all digital channels. You should be familiar with existing marketing tools and strategies and be able to execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role reports to the head of product management and will work closely with leadership.

Responsibilities

l Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO / SEM, email, social and advertising campaigns

l Measure and report the results of all digital marketing campaigns and evaluate their goals (ROI and KPI)

l Identify trends and ideas and optimize costs and performance against data

l Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

l Plan, perform and measure experiments and conversion tests

l Cooperation with agencies and other supplier partners

l Evaluate new tools and technologies. Provide reasonable guidance and perspective for adoption if necessary

Experience and Skills

l BS / MS degree in marketing or related fields

l Proven experience in digital marketing: managing SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social networks and / or advertising campaigns

l Experience in the identification of target groups

l Strong analytical and data-oriented thinking

l Updated information on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

l Good communication and interpersonal skills

l Highly motivated

l English and Mandarin business proficiency expected
