Summary:

Responsible to ensure the project is complied with both external and internal quality requirements. Coordinates the activities required to meet these quality standards and report to stakeholders.

Responsible for:

· Being involved in projects as quality assurance, configuration and release management. From project kickoff, requirement review, resource management, implementation, testing, up to project delivery.

· Working closely with Quality/Processes Manager to draft quality assurance/configuration management policies and methodology for project

· To perform monitor activities of ASPICE implementation and conduct internal quality reviews/configuration management.

· To implement appropriate corrective actions for deviations.

· To prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities of project

· Using relevant quality tools, processes & policies - making sure managers and other staff understand how to work properly and improve constantly

· Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met

· Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency by making suggestions for changes and how to implement

· To keep visibility of project release (scope, release schedule, changes, risks), reporting to project manager and stakeholders

Role requires:

· Knowledge and experience with project management and software development life cycle methodology

o Advise on changes and how to implement them and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards.

· Work closely with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the quality is functioning properly

o Project Managers, Delivery development managers, Developer and Dev TL, QA and QA TL, Quality Manager

o Report to managers and other staff

Qualifications:

• BSc./ BA degree - software engineering/ computers
• 3+ years of practical experience in project management/release management of project deliverables

• Technical experience of software development in software organizations
• English – high level
• High self-management capabilities, motivated, attention to detail, proactive and flexibly
