Our program will include training program in Israel (one month) to learn the culture and innovative business model, etc. and 4-5 months Internship in Beijing with INNONATION, to work on an AI system, Summit platform, join foreign company to develop their business in China, etc.

The training and internship can last up to 6 months, following that the candidates will be assigned to a foreign company who are developing their business in China.

Who Are We:

INNONATION is the owner and the operator of the global innovation platform under Infinity Group, one of the most successful foreign PE/VC fund in China market. It is also the creator and organizer of the China-Israel Investment Summit. INNONATION accelerates your access to Israel innovation and builds the bridge of the innovative investment and cooperation between China and Israel. Our database opens up the data of more than 6000 Israeli innovative companies, further more it provides the interview and introduction videos of those companies. The platform will also introduce the needs of both sides to each other.

INNONATION has been officially listed as the platform for cooperation between two governments and also written into China-Israel Three-year Task Force for Economic and Technological Cooperation which was signed in March 2017. It comprehensively promotes the China-Israel cooperation through the online and offline activities by AI. Our cross-border team provides the most pragmatic suggestions to Chinese enterprises based on the understanding of ecological environment in Israel. Meanwhile it profoundly knows the demand of Chinese enterprises and seeks the most innovative dealing plans for Israeli enterprises in order to penetrate the Chinese market.

Looking for:

Highly motivated young leaders who view their future in the cross board business. We will train this small team to become the key China team member for foreign companies entering Chinese eco system.

Position: Cross-Board Trainee

Working Office: Tel Aviv of Israel and Shuangjing area (双井), Chaoyang District, Beijing

Working Time: 4 hours 3 days a week (Monday. And Friday) and few full days in the beginning of July

Salary: RMB 6K (after tax)/month during the training and internship period, up to 6 months. The salary will increase to meet market level (20K-50K/month) when he/she is assigned to a foreign company or to innonation

Necessary Skills and Background:

*3 years of work experience in startups or companies dealing with overseas.

*Educated in a strong background university in any country.

*Learning quickly to understand the new technology and business model.

*Ability to oversee the production or business operation process, drawing up schedule to ensure the process is cost effective.

*Problem solving capabilities.

*Negotiating skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

*Have interest and commitment to sustainable technologies or business model.

Language Skills:

Fluent English and native Chinese
