Job Description

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the supplier quality management of Bosch Rexroth (DC) in the region Asia-Pacific. This includes the lead of 86 employees in 5 plants in China, India an Japan.
• You manage supplier qualification and Q-side approval of new suppliers, including incoming inspection, claim handling and supplier development.
• You foster communication and cooperation with the DC entities in Asia-Pacific and the DC Purchasing organization and you're the top escalation level for all stakeholders within the PUR-AP organization
• The further development, specification and implementation of Q-methodology and Q-processes within DC purchasing Asia-Pacific are also part of your task.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• We're looking for an engineer with a wide technical and quality management background.
• You have substantial work experience in a quality related function as well as several years of leadership experience.
• International / intercultural experience is desirable.
• You love to work independently, you can form teams and you manage stakeholders with excellent cooperation and communication skills.
