Key Responsibilities and Duties：

1. Oversees and directs daily operation to achieve the target to QCDS (quality, cost, delivery, safety). Utilize and manage through the use of Goal Deployment and the Visual Management System.

2. Responsible for the management of manpower, material and equipment resources, achieve monthly P&L metrics with the optimize performance.

3. Implements new processes /Method or products and provides management.

4. Provide support to the ongoing implementation of world class manufacturing (Lean manufacturing) through the use of techniques such as Kaizen, 5S, VSM, TPM, Kanban, Goal Deployment etc.

5. Recruit, educate and develop teammates, provides orientation and on-the-job training, ensures that the authority and responsibilities for each position are defined and understood.

6. Leads efforts in quality, ISO9001, ISO14001, and related programs. Conducts and directs team leader and employee training to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained, investigating and resolving the customer complaint to root cause.

7. Ensure that appropriate safety and ergonomic processes and methods are being utilized in the production area to comply with required legislation and “best practice”.

8. Establishes and maintains a balanced inventory within budgetary guidelines.

9. Establish, plan and monitor department budgets, plans and forecast with each function as the key person in plant.

10. Play a key role in the setting of the overall company policies and guidelines, approach to right behaviors in daily operation, others appointed by director.

Skills and Specifications：

1. Be reliable, integrity, and self-disciplined.

2. Result –oriented, professional, responsible and having competitive urgency to get thing done.

3. Good team player and strong communication skills in a complex organization.

4. Used to work under pressure and independent.

5. Good skills for office software.

6. Good English skills, speaking and writing.

7. Good knowledge and experiences for lean execution in plant.

8. At least 10 years experiences in MNC with about five years in a production manager or operation manager role.

9. Experience in EMS industry is preferred.

10. Bachelor degree from mechanical or engineering.

11. Successful to lean implementation.
