岗位职责：

1、管理行政费用支出并合理控制预算；

2、负责公司外包商管理，如餐饮，保洁，快递，饮用水，车辆，保安等；

3、定期组织员工活动，如生日会，员工沟通大会，运动会，拓展活动及年会等；

4、负责办公室及一线员工招聘，管理派遣公司；

5、负责员工培训工作；

6、负责员工出勤数据整理及分析报告；

7、其他人事行政工作。

任职要求：

1、专科以上学历，两年以上行政工作经验；

2、善于组织各类员工活动；

3、工作积极主动，善于独立解决问题，具备良好的抗压能力；

4、良好的人际沟通能力及团队协助意识；

5、熟练使用Excel和PowerPoint软件；

6、英语听说读写熟练及有培训工作经验者优先考虑。
