Responsibility:

1. Check the materials invoice/shipping cost/custom duty with the data in SAP and allocate it into SAP, communicate with relevant purchasers for issues in order to ensure the system and document are correct.

2. Choose qualified forwarders who will continuously provide strong and professional international shipping solutions and best freight quotations.

3. Perform a range of activities to facilitate the timely and accurate import and shipment of materials, equipment, products, packages, and documents.

4. Communicate with external organizations (for example customs authorities or shipping agents) to verify customs requirements and negotiate shipping costs and times.

5. Coordinate with warehouse to receipt inbound materials and delivery outbound product in order to ensure on time delivery.

6. Claim to insurance agent or forwarder about all the damage and loss during shipment in order to ensure our product.

Requirements:

1. College graduate

2. Basic understanding on accounting/purchasing/Import related laws & regulations.

3. Speaking, writing, reading and listening basic English.

4. Understanding of MRP/SAP system and good computer skills of MS office.

5. Can perform the tasks under the supervision.

6. Fast learner.
