职位描述
Main Duties:
-Offsize cargo sales management
-Support niche product route network development projects
-Coordinate with OP/CS/RCC teams to improve commercial efficiency of flights
-Resolve all sorts of challenges and issues to retain high customer satisfaction level of niche product
-Responsible for the sales and revenue results within the Region.
-Monitor and analyze daily sales performance
Basic Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree
-CET at or above Level 4, good command in English
-Sales experience and knowledge in cargo airline and/or forwarding industry (at least 3 years)
-Have knowledge in regulations and practices on offsize products;
-Strong interpersonal communication and sound negotiation skills in dealing with different types of customers, across different functions and nationalities;
-Profound understanding of principles and methods of sales, pricing, and market dynamics in a cargo airline
-Computer skills (MS office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, IBM lotus, Cargo-spot, etc.)
