基本工作內容 (Essential Functions):

（1）熟悉电子行业防静电技术标准和要求, 制定洁净车间静电防护标准规范及体系文件编写；

（2）建立和运行ESD体系, 对重要ESD设施进行检测和监控；

（3）检查ESD安全系统的完整性，主导洁净车间静电防护实施状况的稽核，对违反静电防护作业要求作业缺失要求矫正。

学历 (Education):

本科及以上学历，电子相关或理工专业背景。

基本工作资历经验要求 (Minimum Experience Required):

（1）三年以上电子行业静电防护管理岗位工作经验或相关经验；

（2）有Fab 经验者优先。

基本能力要求 (Skills Required):

（1）熟悉Word、Power point、Excel, Acrobat、Visio等文字、图片排版软件；

（2）了解国际标准静电防护体系ESD S20.20, 持有静电防护管理体系证书优先。

Duet Microelectronics is a technology startup aimed at delivering high-performance RF components to meet customers’ needs. These products will be targeted at high volume consumer applications utilizing state-of-the-art design tools and techniques.
We are an early stage semiconductor company developing RFIC solutions for the unique challenges inherent in the 5G and IoT millimeter wave markets.
Technology
Compound semiconductor technologies (both conventional and unconventional) are critical to the challenge of 5G RFIC designs. Power, speed, efficiency, linearity and cost all have to be aligned and optimized.
Design Team
Great semiconductor technology is not enough- system architecture, circuit topologies, and RF packaging design are all critical. Our team of industry veterans knows its way around the Smith Chart.
Our core team has over 30 patents and had a hand in some of the most compelling high volume RFIC products ever. We will be putting together a team of highly talented RFIC designers with the opportunity to deliver compelling RF technology to power 5G networks.
Manufacturing
Duet is establishing high-volume manufacturing capability in Asia: state of the art wafer fabrication, assembly, and test. A solid supply chain focused on delivering high-quality components precisely when you need them.
