As a Project Analyst, you will be part of the Power Grid (PG) Division and Grid Integration Business Units (BU) based in Beijing. ABB is World’s No.1 in Power Products Business and the product manufactured becomes the key components to transmit and distribute electricity. The division incorporates ABB’s manufacturing network for Transformers, Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, Cables and associated equipment. It also offers all the services needed to ensure products’ performance and extend their lifespan.

Your Tasks as a Project Analyst will include the following:

？ Assistant to project controller and responsible for all CNDCB projects.

？ Tendering/pricing related work:
1. Involve in tendering/pricing process, help on clarification of financial/commercial/tax issues; prepare Full Cost Calculation Model for large projects if needed.
2. Bonds and guarantee.

？ Regular financial operations:
1. (Whenever new OR is received)Create project definition, WBS, network according to Pre-cal; Maintain plan costs; Copy versions for plan revenue and plan cost.
2. Supervise CNHVDC monthly timesheet booking process.
3. Coordinate with SAS / SEPOW controller / Project support team, ensure smooth costs back charging to SEPOW.
4. Ensure timely billing of POC/CCM projects.
5. Ensure POC/CCM project status being updated in SAP timely.
6. Month-end, check RA result of POC/CCM projects after SAS running RA; solve problem if needed.
7. Provide cost object for booking purpose whenever being asked (e.g. hedging, CHTET, BA mgt fee etc.)

？ Project controlling and review:
1. Order backlog-revenue realization.
2. Project review monthly/quarterly.
3. Update financial data in ProMIS, compare actual cost with pre-cal, follow up/remind the deviation with project manager.
4. Ensure the billing is done timely according to contract.
5. Prepare and review project cash flow: ageing analysis, any overdue from customer; project payment to suppliers.
6. Make sure the hedging is done timely and properly.
7. Participate in project management weekly meeting to facilitate better understanding for projects in execution.

？ Credit risk responsible: Implement division credit control policy among organization.

？ SAP: SAP process owner, interfaced with SAP consultants and key users to improve working process

？ Business controlling work: Month end closing and analysis, monthly reporting.

Ideally you should have 3 to 5 years of Project Controlling working experience coupled with excellent communication skills, ability to work with different teams and shifts, fluency in English and should be familiar with SAP will make you the best match for this role.
