1、负责新媒体平台整体运营和推广；

2、负责独立运营微信公众号，为粉丝策划与提供优质、有高度传播性的内容；平台粉丝招募和维护，维护良好的互动氛围；

3、负责各第三方合作平台日常监测，推广效果的跟踪、数据分析和反馈及优化调整等工作，通过综合的渠道和方法，提升社交媒体的互动率、转化率、粉丝数、粉丝的忠诚度等；

4、负责公司所有对外PR工作，有良好的媒体资源和媒介关系，建立媒体档案库，拓展和维护公司媒体资源关系网络，根据公司项目需求，联络各类媒体与客户，与各方保持良好关系；

招聘要求：

1、4年以上新媒体运营工作经验，有企划文案经验，具有创造性思维，有良好的文案功底，擅长于网络化的营销及传播；

2、具备较好的文案编辑及独立策划新媒体内容及新媒体活动的能力，熟悉微信、微博运营；

3、具备优秀的协调能力和组织能力；较强的判断与决策能力、逻辑推理和分析能力；

4、具有微信营、微博、论坛等多方新媒体资源优先。
