Transfer requirements from Metalsa to Supplier timely

Monitor incoming process management and KPIs improvement

Push the raw material of supplier quality problem solving until closed

The annual audit plan and implementation to supplier

Take cost of quality chargeback based on non-comformance of supplier ( Scrap,sorting, downtime)

Handling quality issues on site due to supplier components make sure lower impact

Develop and improve supplier quality system based on weakness of supplier

Leading engineering change and APQP /PPAP to supplier if needed

Other cross function workload baed on requirement

Technical Skills :

Familiar with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3( Internal Auditor Certification)

Good at PFMEA, Control Plan, APQP,PPAP,SPC, MSA

Familar with stamping and e-coating process

Methodology in 8D or problem solving ( 8 steps)

Good knowledge in metals parts, strong knowledge in stamping ,welding and ecoating process
