职责描述：

Ensure that strategies relating to the recruitment, development, engagement and general HR support of employees are translated into operational plans which form the basis for the deployment of HR related projects specific to the area of responsibility and/or stakeholder group.

2. Act as a resource consultant to the assigned stakeholder group by advising them of trends in HR practices, the labour market and general developments that could impact on the human resources in the area of responsibility.

3. Execute all the programmes developed by the relevant HR team in the assigned stakeholder group.

4. Ensure continuous Dimension Data job framework alignment.

5. Assist in the deployment, management and measurement of learning and development programmes.

6. Define and manage the compilation of talent pipelines, execute targeted recruitment campaigns for prospective employees and support any other initiatives required to effectively recruit for the area of responsibility.

7. Contribute to driving the on-going engagement of employees in the assigned stakeholder group through communication, information sharing and knowledge management.

8. Use data for analysis and trend establishment to understand performance and productivity drivers in the relevant employee base

任职要求：

At least 10 years’ experience working as a Senior HR Business Partner in a global organisation

？ Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of international labour legislation and practices

？ Demonstrated experience in working closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at different levels in the business

？ Excellent knowledge and understanding of current HR Talent Management practices, including Learning and Development, Recruitment and Engagement

？ Proficient in HR technologies including experience in HRIS, LMS, e-Recruitment and Payroll systems
