2. 负责建立供应商物料供应制造与供应能力的评估机制，建立供应商表格；

3. 负责审核订购单与采购合约，核查采购作业发包、验收和付款流程；

4. 负责分析评估所采购物料成本和产品成本、分析竞争情况；

5. 负责建立并维持紧急需求物料的采购物料渠道，保证生产供应；

6.有外协经验优先。

任职资格：

1. 本科或以上学历

2.3年以上采购经验，3年以上制造型企业采购管理经历

3. 具有良好的分析能力、预测能力和表达能力
