Responsibilities：

？ Collect, collate and consolidate economic and property market data for the Beijing/Guangzhou and North/South China market

？ Ensure the timeliness and quality of all regular research publications

？ Presentations to internal and external clients, with guidance and support from the China Research Head

？ Expand research coverage to various second tier cities in the North/South China region

？ Support the department to grow revenue and to meet financial targets by participating consultancy projects

？ Perform any other duties assigned by the Research Head

Person Specification

？ MA/MSc degree in economics, investment, statistics, real estate from reputable overseas universities

？ Minimum 2 years of work experience ideally, in the real estate market (those whom apply for this post with less experience can be considered as candidate for a role of Analyst, if succeeded)

？ Experience of undertaking consultancy projects is a bonus

？ Strong analytical and quantitative skills with logical thinking and opinions

？ Strong writing, communication and presentation skills

？ Good client-facing and questions taking skills

？ Good language skills, with fluent English and excellent Chinese writing and presenting techniques

？ Basic knowledge of real estate market and economic dynamics, and their application to analyses

？ Strong teamwork and professional work attitude
