I. Position Summary

This position is responsible for managing and implementing project activities and project team to achieve Business Line target on homologation business.

AI. Job Responsibilities

1. Project [50%]

Leading and managing the project team to achieve and order sales & profit target;

Provide the professional and satisfied service to client as the project manager and / or project engineer in the project

Lead project as project manager to setup the project plan, coordinate the manpower resources, track the project process and communicate with client actively and promptly in case of any potential / existing deviation from the plan;

Collaborate with other engineer and project manager as project engineer in project;

Following the efficiency-oriented, quality-based project procedure to achieve the productivity, order profit and overall sales target and error rate target

2.Business [15%]

Promote Automotive services under responsibility

Regularly maintain, develop and expand our share in the existing clients;

Support Sales team to develop new client in Homologation business to achieve the order taking target; Act as key account specialist for key clients;

Responsible for business development of certain product scope, contains price strategy, partner cooperation agreement, promotion etc;

Identify and maintain the test laboratories as our business partner;

Collect and deliver the market information of competitors, new service, share etc;

Collaborate with colleagues in other department and IC companies to promote the service

3. Competence [15%]

Develop and extend the local competence and scope to achieve the net sales target

Act as technical process owner for certain product scope, optimize related technical process, test protocol, Test report template etc;

Communicate with experts in other IC company to extend the knowledge;

Deeply study in responsible product scope to develop our technical advantage compared with competitors Experience organizing and sharing on BL’s knowledge management basis;

Follow the business line operational procedure

Implement the training course under the Business Line’s plan and assignment;

4 Management [10%]

Manage and monitor the attendance and travel of local project engineer team;

5 Others [10%]

Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager
