Job Description

ETAS is a strongly growing company in China. We are mainly active in the automotive embedded systems development, but also actively developing new business opportunities.
In China, ETAS is currently represented in 6 locations (HQ Shanghai, Changchun,
Beijing, Wuhan, Chongqing, Guangzhou).

The objective of the position is to support the business acquisition of ETAS’ AUTOSAR basic software solutions including presentations at the customer, consulting, system set-up and after-sales support.

This position is based in Beijing office.

The tasks of the position holder include (without limitation):

● Project management of engineering consulting and services in the areas of embedded software development, software architecture optimization and AUTOSAR.

● Coordination of distributed development and service projects including the management of globally distributed teams.

● Provision of training and engineering support in AUTOSAR architecture, methodology, software development processes and tools.

● Development of service products including contributions to the business development and marketing strategy as well as the conception and generation of supporting material such as training courses, publications, marketing material, etc.

● Support of the KAM in the acquisition of engineering/consultancy projects.

Qualifications

● University degree in a technical field related to E/E or computer science.

● Native in Chinese (mandarin), fluent in English.

● At least 5 years of experience in embedded software development, automotive electronics engineering or consultancy.

● Excellent practical experience and skills coupled with a thorough knowledge of AUTOSAR, embedded systems, embedded software development.

● Excellent project management and presentation skills.

● Experience in developing software according to the AUTOSAR standard.

● Understanding of the development process of automotive software.

● Capability to integrate and work in a multinational team.

● Willingness to travel frequently within China, and travel in Asia, Europe.
