岗位职责：

• 合理的优化库位，提高库存占有率，做到仓储使用率的最大化。
• 不断地更新、优化SOP和仓库的各项管理制度，并定期给员工培训。
• 严格的执行客户对仓库日常操作提出的各项要求，坚决做到“先进先出”和账务相符。
• 实时对仓库日常操作的重要环节进行监控督导，合理的调配员工，提高仓库整体的工作效率。
• 督导员工做好每个月的循环盘点及时解决差异，做到100%的库存准确率。
• 做好每个员工的绩效评估，从而提高工作效率，减少客户投诉。
• 将“5S”的管理理念贯彻给仓库的每个员工，并做责任划分，从而做好仓库的5S管理。
• 对仓库的一切设备定期维护及时报修并做好记录存档
• 管理好公司的全部叉车，及时保养，及时维修，做好文件归档确保叉车设备的正常使用。

任职要求：

• 大学专科或以上学历
• 3年以上仓库现场管理经验及团队管理经验
• 叉车技能熟练
