职位描述
Among multi-field teams, you will be in charge of the operational quality follow up insuring the respect of the NXP processes to guarantee new product Quality robustness in order to meet our Automotive Customer Quality High Expectation.
Active participation on Change management including site transfer and New Product Introduction “NPI”.
Develop comprehensive CM qualification (based on standards and customer requirement) to ensure problems are detected prior to Product release and mass production.
Manage the execution of CM and NPI qualification plans to ensure timely, successful completion.
Apply learning from previous Qualification, considering past failure mechanism. Effective re-use of existing data to drive down qualification cycle time.
Drive Quality risks assessment and problems solving methodology (8D’s).
Interface with customer for specific Quality requirements (APQP and PPAP) and support internal & external audits.
Provide technical direction reliability to sustaining team.
