岗位职责：

1、负责集团电商业务的应用系统规划、整体解决方案并组织执行；

2、能够针对用户需求，并结合自己的项目经验进行系统架构设计，包括系统逻辑架构、软件架构、硬件架构、软硬件选型等；

3、与各方进行架构层面的沟通和交流，有效地将用户的需求转化为需求规格说明书；

4、与平台研发团队密切协作，确保平台开发、测试、改进、直到上线，各环节顺利完成

5、与外资源对接，协调内部资源，确保项目顺利运营

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，计算机或电子商务相关专业毕业

2、3年以上电子商务相关工作经验，熟悉电商运营流程，有项目管理经验者优先；

3、熟悉主流电商平台的规则、流程、平台活动、推广工具、数据分析工具；

4、熟悉国内外主要电子商务网站流程规划设计，中大型网站产品规划、运营和发展相关经验者优先；

5、具备较好的时间管理、项目管理、情绪管理能力以及协调沟通能力；

6、具有很强的责任感和抗压能力，高度的敬业与团队合作精神，协调各方保证项目运作；

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the application system planning，overall solution and execution of the Group's e-commerce business;

2. Fulfill system architecture design based on user requirement, including system logic architecture, software architecture, hardware architecture, hardware and software model selection;

3. Communicate with the parties on the architecture level, and effectively translate the user requirement into requirements specifications;

4. Work closely with the R&D team to ensure platform development, testing, improvement, and on-line implementation;

5. Docking with external resources, coordinating internal resources and ensuring the smooth operation of the project.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in e-commerce or related;

2. 3 years’experience in e-commerce related, familiar with the e-commerce operation process, and having project management experience is preferred;

3. Familiar with the main e-commerce platform’s rules, processes, platform activities, promotion toolsand data analysis tools;

4. Experience with the domestic and foreign e-commerce websites process planning and medium to large websites’product planning, operation and development is preferred;

5. Have the capabilities of time management, project management and emotional management, have the skills of coordination and communication;

6. Have a strong responsibility and resistance to pressure, a high degree of professionalism and team spirit.
