岗位职责：

1.负责进行合同拟定、签订，全程跟踪合同执行；

2.负责应收账款的跟踪催收及汇总；

3.负责合同档案管理；

4.协助财务做好相关发票票据事务；

5.完成领导安排的其它工作任务。

任职要求：

1.大专及以上学历，二年以上商务管理工作经验，熟悉相关工作内容；

2.熟练使用办公软件（WORD、EXCEL、PPT）和CAD软件（CAD一定要会）；

3.良好的沟通能力，思维清晰，工作有条理、高效率；

4.如有法务处理能力，优先考虑。
