Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

· Provide general secretarial and administrative assistance for Deputy Head of Retail Marketing

· Maintain diaries for Deputy Head, arrange meetings and appointments

· To be aware of and remind the Manager of deadlines, important events and meetings

· Assist HK managers to arrange local admin affair

· Assist team members to provide local support. Including but not limited to information collection, research, site visit, agency management, event execution and so on.

· Translation, taking meeting minutes

· Consolidate monthly report from centers and workout the summary report every month

· Be a centralised contact point for enquiries from internal business units and direct enquiries to appropriate personnel when required

· Liaise with members of the team, internal departments and external parties as necessary in order that work is completed on schedule and that instructions, requests and documents are actioned smoothly

· Maintain the good relationship with center’s marketing key team member.

· To maintain and enhance the central business data base

· Assist in preparing agreements and contracts for third party events

· Prepare purchase orders and payment requisitions

· Provide other marketing assistance as required

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

· BS degree or above in Marketing or Business related discipline;

· Minimum 3 years working experience, preference for marketing department of retail or properties;

· Experience in promotion planning, execution and co-ordination;

· Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; Speak Cantonese would be advantageous

· Excellent PC knowledge in Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint

· Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill;

· Good sensitive on figure.

· Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills

· Able to work independently and under pressure;
