2. 优化招聘流程，缩短招聘周期，提高招聘效率；

3. 负责总部与校区及各部门的沟通、协调工作；

4. 相关数据报表的填写、分析、总结；

5. 负责所招聘人员的后续跟踪、回访，加强关心、帮助，降低离职率；

6. 外教签证的办理和协调工作；

7. 协助上级完成人事制度的改革

岗位要求

1.3年以上招聘经验，本科以上学历；

2.英语精通，擅长招聘外教；

3.办理过外教签证者优先

4.具有较好的表达及沟通能力；

5.具有较强的抗压能力；

6.教育行业优先考虑。
