Responsibility

The main responsibilities is to support & help the HR team through the daily works.

• Act as a key local HR contact to support employee’s various HR requests such as employee’s questions on company HR policies, procedures & system, employment related certificate, Beijing Resident Permit application.
• Manage employee’s life cycle events such as onboarding, new hire orientation, contract renewal and exit process.
• Complete a variety of HR projects requiring the ability to collect, organize and analyze data.
• Maintain, manage and regularly audit employee’s p-file.
• Organize and provide logistic support to employee’s activity.
• Support the administrative needs for the HR function.

Basic Qualifications

• At least two years working experience in HR function
• Have good understanding to the labor law and local labor regulations/policies
• Be able to professionally manage day to day details; follow up and take things to their logical conclusion
• Have excellent client interaction skills; can think at a high level and come up with new ideas
• Have the abilities to work in a fast paced environment and to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Be proactive, hardworking, dedicated, efficient and team player
• Have the ability to prepare reports and analysis
• Possess excellent verbal/written English communication skills
• Have excellent MS office skills including PPT, Excel, Word.
