1. Factory energy consumption statistics. Electricity/Natural gas/Water etc.

2. Maintenance Dept spare parts and tools consumption statistics and Quality Control.

3. Routine equipment repair and maintenance jobs related to all the electrical equipments and facilities in the plant.

4. Equipment Troubleshooting and repair report summary, and give a skill training to technicians.

5. Participate in equipment improvement project and track the status of equipment in plant.

6. Ensure safe, economic and technically sound decisions related to area of responsibility.

7. Maintenance documenation management and support the technicians to choose suitable parts and repair the equipment.

8. Follow up with contractor’s planning and process on daily basis, cooperate the Installation and commisssion of all electrical equipments and facilities.

9. Routine repair and maintenance jobs related to all the electrical equipments and facilities in the plant.

10. Perform additional work activities as directed by supervisors

Skills:

• As a good team player, willing to assume hard work.

• Knowledge of electrical, automatic control technology, and frequency converter usage.

• Familiar with PLC industrial automation systems programming (e.g. Simatic S7).

• Good computer skills, e.g. network technology, MS Office, etc

• Fluency in writing and oral English

Experiences:

• Majored in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor degree or above.

• At least 3~5 years working experience in maintenance

• Familiar with waste water/gas treatment equipment.

• Chemical enterprise working experience is preferred
