General Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering related subjects.
2. 2 years job experience in sourcing.
3. Good material science knowledge.
4. Good at CAD drawing
5. Driving license and driving skill.
6. Strong project-work oriented skills.
7. Highly developed coordinating and personal skills.
8. Good team player.
9. Initiative / Will to form.
10. Loyalty to the employer.

Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible for realization of defined sourcing projects.
2. Looking for new suppliers and projects; further development of existing suppliers.
3. Quality assurance of sourced parts.
4. Development of Supplier Relation Management strategies and operation.
5. Willingness to travel.

Language Skills:
Native mandarin speaker / English written&oral fluently, German knowledge is a plus.
