职位描述
Main Duties:
Achieving Company’s Pharma targets in the most effective way;
Develop and implement effective business administration and function management for the Pharma Sales activities and GSA in the Region
Develop and propose the sales strategy and business plan to Regional Pharma Manager, Global Pharma Sales Director and Director of SCO;
Develop, coordinate and execute Business Plans and business projects of the Company and the Group;
Responsible for the sales and revenue results within the Region.
Main Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder;
CET6 or above;
Minimum 5-year sales and business development experience in cargo airlines and/or forwarding industry;
Have knowledge in regulations and practices on pharmaceutical products;
Profound understanding of principles and methods of sales, pricing, and market dynamics in the cargo airline;
Strong interpersonal communication and sound negotiation skills in dealing with different types of customers, across different functions and nationalities;
Computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, IBM Lotus, Cargo-Spot, etc.)
