Customer Management & Services Graduate Development Programme

And you’ll do that by listening carefully, thinking deeply and paying close attention to detail so we can deliver products and services that meet their needs to the letter.
The programme
Our Customer Management & Services Graduate Development Programme is designed to give you an immersive, hands-on experience across a number of placements. Over three and a half years, you’ll undertake three six month attachments before spending two years in a role which will cover the full breadth of our Customer Management and Services activities.
What you’ll do
Our customer strategy is to deliver competitive advantage. Placing the customer at the heart of our organisation, you’ll listen to their needs and shape their requirements whilst relentlessly focusing on responsiveness and the delivery of our promises. Your placements might include services, sales support, marketing or business development – and at least one of them will be overseas. In each placement, you’ll work on real projects with real outcomes. So you could find yourself developing new marketing strategies, driving our growth through customer analysis, planning our sales activities or supporting, planning and scheduling our operations and services to meet customer commitments.
What you’ll need
We’re looking for graduates with a natural flair for global business, great communication and influencing skills as well as an unswerving customer focus – you’re someone who knows how to earn trust and inspire respect. In terms of your academic background, you’ll either have or be on course for a 2:1 degree, or equivalent qualification. Inquisitive and resourceful, you’ll also be overflowing with ideas about how we can do things even better.
