Main Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
1. Report to the General Manager and functionally to Corporate Head of HR and be responsible to provide full spectrum of HR and administration supports to the Local Management Office;
2. Identify and use effective channel/approach to attract qualified candidates, and find the right person at the right time to achieve the high efficiency and effectiveness;
3. Organize new staff orientation and engage in effective communication processes/activities with employees concerning HR policies and other related issues;
4. Collect salary benchmark information and other HR related data from the market as required by HQ;
5. Assist the General Manager to compile HR budget in a timely manner;
6. Support GM Office to carry out appraisal and schedule the appraisal interviews with different Divisions;
7. Monitor the staff attendance records and process the social security and payroll calculation for local expatriates and Chinese staff;
8. Responsible for managing various kinds of employment documents and accurately complete all HR reports as required by HQ;
9. Lead local HR Team to process the work permit renewal and Visa application for foreign staff;
10. Guide and train subordinates, improve the capability of the Human Resources Department;
Office Management:
11. Assist the General Manager to complete a series of new company registration processes and annual inspections, get useful information from government organizations;
12. Analyze and review quotations from all kinds of suppliers, and supervise each office admin. staff in the purchase contract renewal, office asset management, stationary supply management, office cleaning and tidiness;
13. Coordinate the vehicle usage among various Divisions and monitor the maintenance of the office equipments such as telephones, photocopier, Fax machine, exchangers, telephone switchboards, etc.;
14. In charge of office rental, moving issues and handle relevant matters properly;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related;
2. At least 8 years' working experience in HR and Administration field with 5 years supervisory level;
3. Good knowledge of Employment legislations and Familiar with HR function, especially in recruiting, training and C&B;
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work effectively with team spirit;
5. Able to establish and implement new systems or work processes with other departments;
6. Willing to take initiative in work, self-motivated and able to work independently;
7. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin and Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, esp. in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
