Tasks:
- You advise our national and international industrial clients, consisting of both corporations and SMEs, along the whole value creation chain
- You lead interesting projects in the areas of logistics management, ramp-up management, and lean production, as well as in the planning and organizing of production systems
- You analyze our clients’ business processes, identify potential for improvement from a cost-benefit point of view, and shape the future process organization
- You develop concepts and work on their execution in the client’s organization while also overseeing the required changes
- You work closely with our clients, independently setting your own course of action
- Your initial project management experience will involve your supporting a project through to its successful execution

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, information management, business administration, or similar degree
- Some professional experience in relevant projects
- Knowledge of lean management and lean production methods or of the digital factory and factory planning
- Practical knowledge of production, logistics, and production planning as well as of production and logistics management
- Knowledge of material flow simulation, layout planning, virtual reality or MES is a plus
- Six Sigma experience/qualifications is a plus
- Ability to work confidently with different levels of the hierarchy (shop floor und management)
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of German is preferable
- Excellent result-oriented problem solving skills
- Good team spirit, self-motivation, and cross-cultural capabilities
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation skills
- Willingness to travel and to work at client sites
