Responsibility/工作内容

1． Provide daily Hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for desktop/laptop PC, network, printer, Fax.

提供台式机/笔记本电脑、网络、打印机、传真机的日常硬件和软件的安装、维护和故障排除。

2． Provide end user desktop support for Beijing office and remote offices.

为北京办公室和远程办公室的终端用户提供桌面支持。

3． Provide VC and TC Settings and setup in meeting room.

提供会议室的VC和TC设定和安装。

4． Maintain and secure the stability and availability of the IT infrastructure/Networks/MPLS line.

维护IT基础设施/网络/MPLS线路的稳定性和可用性。

5． Coordinate and deploy local and corporate IT projects.

协调和部署本地和企业的IT项目。

6． Handle IT training, provide necessary guidance to end user and manage user requests.

组织IT培训，为终端用户及经理级用户的需求提供必要的指导。

7． Assist in IT asset management.

协助IT资产管理。

Requirements/职位需求

1． College diploma or above, Major in Computer Science or equivalent, 0-2 Yrs experience in MS Platform.

大专及以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业，有0-2年的MS平台的经验。

2． Experience in handling and servicing end user supports is a must.

必须有处理和服务终端用户技术支持的经验。

3． Good command of English and mandarin (written and oral communications).

良好的英语和普通话（写作及口语）。

4． Good knowledge of PC hardware & software installation and troubleshooting

擅长PC硬件和软件的安装及故障排除。

5． Proficient in MS Office / Adobe / Autodesk

熟练使用MS Office/Adobe/Autodesk。

6． With MCSE/CCNA certificate is an advantage.

拥有MSCE/CCNA证书者优先。

7． Python or C# programming experience is an advantage.

有Python或C#编程经验者优先。

8． Excellent interpersonal (team oriented) communication skills.

拥有优秀的与人沟通的技巧及团队精神。

9． Self-motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision.

自我激励并自觉完成工作。

10． Ability to work under pressure / Strong working responsibility and high integrity to company.

Mandatory Technical Skill/必备技能

1． Strong knowledge on Desk top / laptop hardware (HP/LENOVO/Dell).

对台式机/笔记本电脑的硬件（惠普/联想/戴尔）精通。

2． Good knowledge on Windows OS (UNIX / Linux is an advantage).

精通Window操作系统（会UNIX/Linux者优先）。

3． Application / software installation and trouble shooting.

应用程序/软件的安装和故障排除。

4． Understanding the daily operation and delivery processes.

了解日常运营和交付流程。

5． Understanding mainstream Server\Storage\Network product.

了解主流服务器、存储设备以及网络设备。
