Job Summary

The Key Account Manager (KAM) as part of Allergan’s value proposition is in place to engage with accounts’ stakeholders amongst Medical Aesthetic Business Sector in China. KAM helps accounts in achieving their growth objectives, changing their structure, increasing revenues or improving efficiency with a clear understanding of each account needs and a steady developed account plan. The Key Account team helps Allergan to strengthen our partnership with downstream Medical Aesthetic accounts and drive Allergan FA product growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Maintain and strengthen partnership with account’s stakeholders to drive Allergan’s FA business.
  • Business Diagnosis: Define issues by offering business analysis to optimize Allergan’s FA product performance in account
  • Action Plan: Develop action plan, lead activities involved in action plan to ensure the implementation of each step is in control, and review the progress with account timely.
  • Lead and Execute CEO Forum: Identify needs and leverage resources within internal and external to plan and execute a regional forum/summit.
  • Provide Training to Allergan commercial team: Inspire commercial team to broader their business sense and understanding on market as well as accounts’ potentials on Allergan FA products.

Qualifications and Experience

· University degree in business or healthcare related majors. MBA preferred.

· Experience in management/strategy consulting and/or sales & marketing.

· Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is a must. English is preferable.

· Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills. Proficiency skill on Microsoft Office
