职位描述
Role Description
1.Contribute and drive revenue delivery on target in accordance with his/her committed revenue plan
2.Develop sales strategy and appropriate sales coverage on his/her assigned territory
3.Lead business reviews with extended sales team to ensure proper execution in accordance with the LEVERAGE process
4.Manage and ensure ALC collection
5.Foster and facilitate collaboration between sales team and 3DS & Client ecosystem to ensure sales success and customer satisfaction
6.Contribute, review and approve engagement and/or sales strategy (Customer Value Roadmap) defined by his/her sales team on their assigned accounts
7.Initiate and lead some customer executive meetings to promote 3DS vision and demonstrate 3DS commitment to customer success
Background
1.8+ years’ experience in selling enterprise solutions
2.Experience with China SOE sales
3.Experience with Public / Private Partnership models
Skills
1.Ability to develop trusted relationships with customers and manage complex negotiations
2.Strong persuasion and influencing skills to get 3DS internal and customer commitments
3.Proven leadership and strategy development skills
