供应商质量工程师

职责：

• 与供应商定期联络及沟通，包括到访供应商
• 确保供应商有采取适当行动改善及解决质量问题
• 确保供应商了解史丹迪的质量及采购要求
• 监察供应商有否按照史丹迪要求持续改善
• 确保供应商能紧贴史丹迪进度及时间表
• 作为史丹迪与供应商沟通的桥梁
• 检测及评估供应商于时限及品质上的表现
• 定期与供应商开会，确保供应商持续改善表现
• 审查供应商在过程上必须跟足史丹迪预设的流程
• 确保品质达到Cpk=1.33
• 确保史丹迪的管理计划在供应商生产过程中实行
• 确保分析及改善措施在供应商有效地执行
• 需要经常出差，有需要时可能要停留在国内其他城市长达数个月

要求：

• 本科毕业，修读工程、数学、商业或有关科目
• 最少5年品质工程师经验
• 拥有品质工程师认证证书或Six Sigma Black Belt 更佳
• 经常要与美国同事开会，英语熟练

其他要求：

• 了解ISO9001:2008
• Gage R & P/ Process Capability/ Control Plans
• Ms Word and xcel
• 懂得阅读蓝图

SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

Objective:

The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for investigating, analyzing and correcting problems in quality, production and control at a supplier location. The SQE will also perform audits and implement new strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

· Maintain regular contact and communication with suppliers including regular site visits as appropriate:

· Insure that supplier develop effective corrective actions on quality and delivery problems:

· Communicate manufacture ability information from supplier to Static Control Quality and Purchasing:

· Contribute to development, monitor adherence to and contribute to continuous improvement process innovation activities pertaining to Static Control supplier engagement:

· Partner with and serve as ongoing communication link between the supplier and Static Control:

· Work with supplier on expedites as required to maintain delivery schedules:

· Track supplier performance on schedule and quality:

· Hold periodic meeting with supplier managers and quality professions to discuss and drive improvement in performance:

· Audit supplier to insure they have process well defined and that they are following the processes:

· Work with suppliers to insure that measurement systems are adequate and to achieve a Cpk = 1.33 on critical to quality characteristics:

· Insure that proper control plans are in place for changes in the product, changes in supplier processes:

· Insure the effectiveness of supplier root cause analysis and corrective actions.

· Job requires extensive travelling. You may be required to become a resident SQE at some of our vendors for extended periods of time.

Job Requirement:

· Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business or a related discipline.

· At least 5 years of proven successful SQE experience.

· Certified ASQ Quality Engineer or Six Sigma Black Belt would be a plus but not mandatory.

Additional Requirements:

Thorough understanding of quality system requirements of ISO9001:2008. Understanding of basic quality tools such as Gage R&R, Process Capability, and Control Plans. Demonstrated skills in MS Word and Excel, ability to read blueprints and interpret geometric tolerancing.
