Job Description:

- Monitor the account receivable procedures. (Billing, AR collection, compliance etc).

1, Supervise the monthly, quarterly and year-end AR closing process and coordinate with respective parties as required (e.g. other teams, customer contact).

2, Responsible for AR aging report analysis, follow up the overdue status, cooperate with sales and Account Managers departments to achieve the overdue elimination target.

3, Prepare key data for management report and analysis weekly and monthly.

4, Review and improve process and workflow as to AR collection control to be more efficient control managements.

5, Responsible for all China regulatory audit and compliance (annual inspection by Ministry of Finance, tax & legal compliance), and support the internal/external audit.

6, Ensure updated and/or improved process documentation and SOPs as required.

7, Lead AR staff to keep monitoring AR balance and overdue. Timely escalate AR collection issues.

- Continuous Improvement:

1, Lead identification of opportunities to streamline the processes of collection, innovate solutions and enhance system, so that the team can operate in an efficient and cost effective manner.

2, Focus on simplification, standardization, quality improvement.

3, Assist with determining and implementing best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

-People Management:

1, Set performance objectives, and monitor and evaluate team performance on a regular basis; and take corrective action & provide coaching, counseling when required.

Education / Knowledge / Experience:

1, Good sense of business function.

2, Able to track, monitors, and communicate relevant KPIs/problems/issues and suggest alternative approaches or recommendations.

3, Experience in project management for system and process deployments preferred.

4, At least 3~5 years working experience in TMC related companies.

5, Minimum 1-3 years in a management and/or supervisory role.

6, Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
