岗位职责：

1、全面主持财务部日常管理、会计核算及纳税申报等工作，保证基础财务工作质量与效率；

2、建立、健全公司的会计核算体系，制定会计核算制度及财务管理制度，并落实执行；

3、编制企业合并报表、年度预算、决算和资金筹措计划，负责成本核算和成本控制；

4、参与公司重大经营决策，参与企业年度经营计划执行与考核，考核各业务部门、各项目财务指标完成情况；

5. 及时向管理层、集团财务部提报财务经营分析及其他报表，为公司战略决策提供依据，配合企业融资操作；

6. 负责企业税收筹划工作以及税收风险的规避等；

7.负责本部门团队建设，制定财务内部管理指标，做好本部门业绩考核和专业技能指导；

8、维护税务、银行及相关外围关系。

任职要求：

1.年龄30岁以上，男女不限，会计类、财经类全日制本科及以上学历；

2.具有5年以上企业财务管理工作经验；3年以上同等职位工作经验；

3.有商业地产、购物中心、物业公司工作经验者优先考虑；

4.具有中级会计师资格证书，注册会计师优先考虑；

5.熟练操作运用财务软件，较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析能力；

6.具有良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神，责任心强、保密意识强，有良好的职业操守。
