Division/Department: Purchaser

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

• To ensure the purchasing of goods and service based on the purchasing request (PR) of Business Unit of Volkswagen Group China.

• The position ensures the best price for goods and services through a transparent, compliant and competitive purchasing process in accordance with the required quality and time.

• To act as representative of general purchasing of VGC on Group meetings, to propose, negotiate and enforce joint purchasing activities and objectives.

• To analyze the market situation for the assigned commodities and look for the best domestic or overseas supplier.

• To solve independently complex tender processes and delivery claims.

Your Responsibilities:

• Digitalization services

• Digital platform

• Hardware request (IMS, MBB, OCU and etc.)

• Car net projects

• MOSC

• Data storage and maintenance

• IT consulting

• IT on-site support

• Application management support

• Software development

• System development & maintenance

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

• Bachelor or above degree

• Prefer IT education background

Personal skills:

• Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills

• Team player with positive attitude

• Ability to solve problems independently and target oriented

• Able to work on the time pressure

Working experience (in years):

• Working experience in International company for 7-10 years

• Experience in (IT) Purchasing for 5 years

Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

• Good language skill in Chinese, English and/or German

• IT-Know how: Microsoft office tools(Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, word), SAP
