1.负责领导的日常行政事务处理，协助高管人员完善处理好相关管理实务工作。

2.做好对外公共关系的协调，协助处理相关的商务接待工作。

3.协助领导调查研究和了解公司经营管理状况，并提出处理意见或建议，为高管决策提供参考。

4.公司大事记和重要会议（活动）的原始资料收集和编撰工作，并进行汇总、整理和保管。

5.在授权范围内，完成领导交办的其他事务。

任职要求：

1.财务相关专业本科以上学历，英文良好。

2..形象、气质较好，有亲和力，男女不限。

3.熟悉使用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件。

4.文字功底深厚，文字撰写能力强，熟悉各种公文写作。

5.具有一定组织协调能力、思维敏捷，应变能力强。

6.具有良好的沟通能力、良好的服务意识。

7.注重工作保密性，职业操守强。

8.身体健康,心理素质好，能承受工作压力。
