Key responsibilities:
– Work closely with Beijing Business Team to get deeply business insight.
– Employee Relationship, conduct employee activity according to annual plan.
– Develop and conduct employee development and retention plan.
– Training, including new employee orientation and support HR head for other training delivery.
– HR Reporting, HR data collection and analysis.
– HR Program: Work with HR head in HR program (retention, employee development, etc.) development, communication and roll out in business team

Requirements:
– 8 years HR related working experience, preferably pharma industry
– Bachelor graduate and above
– Strong inter-personal and cross-functional coordination skills, people sensitivity
– Quick learner, self-management, influence, innovation and creativity
– Good communication skills (presentation, report writing etc.) and active team player
– Fluent in spoken and written English and mastery of computer application skills
– Assertiveness, good judgment and can work under pressure / across boundary
– Analytical skills for good planning and problem solving
– Capability of measurement and evaluation, adaptable to change
