职位描述

Position: Executive Assistant for Director: Procurement

Type: Full time Reports to: Director: Procurement

Work location: Beijing


Roles and Responsibilities

Project Management Facilitation

· Project planning/management facilitation

· Project client liaison facilitation

· Project deliverables quality control facilitation

· Internal coordination in Procurement Division

· Internal cross-division coordination

· Internal coordination between different offices/countries

· Procurement division internal management facilitation

· Manage all other comprehensive ad-hoc duties as assigned

Sales/BD

· To understand the business and operation

· Assist the Director with Sales pipeline updating

· Assist with Marketing collaterals update and pitch document preparation

· Presentation/documentation preparation for the Director

· Assist in managing the CRM database (also work with Manager of Marketing & Sales Planning)

· Identify, select and manage relevant events by funneling event information from the GMD to the relevant offices/regions

· Assist the Director in identifying and developing cross-selling opportunities

· Manage all other comprehensive ad-hoc duties as assigned

PA

· Draft internal management documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations, where required

· Manage Director’s calendar/time

· Manage Director’s CRM system

· Manage/facilitate external and internal communications

· Organize and maintain daily schedules, manage appointments

· Organize and attend meetings/trips as per Director’s requirements

· Devise and maintain office systems, including data management, filing, knowledge management, etc.

· Prepare for Director’s sales/BD, client and project work meetings, documentation, logistics, etc.

· Research and analysis as required

· Manage all other comprehensive ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

· A business or related bachelor degree. MBA or post-graduate qualification is preferred

· Minimum 5 years work experience in Asia/China’s, either in procurement, supply chain or management consulting roles

· International education or work experience is preferred

· Strong communication skills

· Sound analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work in teams with colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong capability in paperwork/presentation

· Excellent in office software (outlook, excel, word, ppt, etc.)

· Structured and logical thinking

· Disciplined and organized

· Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

· Eluent in English
