Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven strategic alliance executive who has strong experience of driving partnerships with focus on seeking out and engaging with key software vendors (eg. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft). Working closely with our teams across the organization, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationship across PccW Solutions with key software vendors. The Director, Channel & Alliances needs to be adept at working with multiple organizations in the company to accomplish these activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about recruiting and managing Partners to drive new revenue streams. You will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and help define and build the partner model at PccW Solutions China.

In collaboration with Industry, Sales and Marketing, your responsibilities will include:

· Identify and engage software vendors to build partnerships;

· Establish contractual relationships with these partners;

· Develop joint marketing activities (such as webinars, conferences, meetups, lunch-and-learns) with partners to build pipelines for sales and industries;

· Enable joint sales activities at the field level;

· Drive Joint dashboard, QBR and Executives level relationships;

· Work with the field sales team to close partner sourced and influenced deals;

· Manage the partner relationships across all these activities.

Desired Skills And Experience

· 12+ years of business development experience;

· Proven history of establishing partnerships resulting in revenue producing engagements and partnerships;

· Strong project management skills with a focus on building new relationships;

· Enterprise software sales experience with relevant industry expertise;

· Excellent writing and presentation skills (English, Chinese);

· Ability to think strategically, develop tactics and execute;

· Ability to influence and identify champions, both internally and externally;

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision;

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;

· Ability to work productively both within a team and independently.
